Our suppliers ship directly from their distribution centres using a range of reliable courier services, chosen based on item weight, package size and destination to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery for you.

We work with a range of reputable couriers across Australia. Here's what you can expect from each:
Australia Post
Australia Post delivers via Parcel Post or Express Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If delivery is missed or there is no safe place to leave the item, it will be taken to your closest Post Office for collection.

Aramex
Once your order is dispatched, Aramex will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number. Aramex offers both Authority to Leave (ATL) and signature-required delivery options. If the parcel cannot be left safely, it will be taken to the nearest collection point or depot. Please note: a non-PO Box address is required for Aramex deliveries.

Allied Express
Allied Express will contact you by SMS or phone prior to delivery to confirm your availability. If delivery is missed, the driver will leave a card with instructions to arrange collection or re-delivery.

Border Express
A non-PO Box address is required for Border Express deliveries. If delivery is missed, the driver will leave a 'Sorry We Missed You' card with instructions to arrange collection or re-delivery.

CouriersPlease
CouriersPlease deliveries require a signature upon receipt. After your order is placed, you'll receive an email with flexible delivery options including Authority to Leave (ATL), collection point delivery, delivery to a neighbour, delivery to a new address, or rescheduling.

Direct Freight Express
Once dispatched, Direct Freight Express will send you an email with your consignment note and reference number. If delivery is missed, the driver will leave the parcel in a safe place where possible, or notify you via email or SMS with instructions for re-delivery.

Hunter Express
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If delivery is missed, your parcel will be returned to the depot and you'll be notified to arrange re-delivery. Please note: a non-PO Box address is required for Hunter Express deliveries.

Sendle
Once dispatched, Sendle will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. If delivery is missed, the courier will leave a card or take the parcel to a designated collection point for pickup.

StarTrack
StarTrack offers real-time tracking and electronic proof of delivery in CBD and metro areas across Australia's major capital cities. StarTrack is owned by Australia Post, so if delivery is missed or there is no safe place to leave your item, it will be taken to your closest Post Office for collection. You'll also receive a notification once your order has been delivered.

TNT Australia
A non-PO Box address is required for TNT deliveries. Orders delivered to Australian residential addresses may be left without a signature if you are not home, unless you have specifically requested a signature on delivery.

Team Global Express
A non-PO Box address is required for Team Global Express deliveries. If delivery is missed, you should receive a card with instructions to collect your parcel. You can also visit the Team Global Express website to arrange re-delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Please note that delivery timeframes begin after your payment has been confirmed and your order has left the supplier's warehouse. While our suppliers cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates or times, we will always do our best to keep you informed if any unexpected delays arise.
What if my postcode is in a remote area?
Our suppliers aim to deliver Australia-wide, however there are some remote postcodes that may be undeliverable for certain items. If your postcode falls outside a deliverable zone, your order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. If you have questions about delivery to a specific postcode, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Some of our suppliers do ship to New Zealand. Where available, this will be indicated on the product listing. Please note that all orders over NZ$1,000 may be subject to Duty tax upon arrival, which will be processed by the courier and charged to you at the time of delivery.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue promptly.
What if I provided the wrong delivery address?
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately — if the order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to assist. If the order has already shipped, it may need to be cancelled and re-placed, which could result in additional charges.
